Aboriginal Participation Strategy

The NSW Rural Fire Service is committed to implementing the NSW Government's Aboriginal Procurement Policy. The policy, amongst other measures, requires agencies to publish an annual Aboriginal Participation Strategy.

The Chief Procurement Officers of the Stronger Communities cluster, of which the NSW Rural Fire Service is a member, have decided to develop a cluster-wide strategy as they have determined this offers a more coordinated and strategic approach to improving opportunities for Aboriginal businesses.
