Eumungerie and Euchareena celebrated service milestones

Summary

 Orana Team members were privaleged to celebrate the anniversaries of 2 of their brigades this weekend. Eumungerie celebrated 70yrs with a ceremony on Saturday and Euchareena celebrated 75yrs with a ceremony on Sunday.

The combined number of years served by all the Long Service Medal recipients of both brigades is 1068 years.
Euchareena Rural Fire Brigade in the Orana District. Celebrating 75 years since being formed. Along with Wellington Council General Manager Michael Tolhurst, we presented 17 NSWRFS Long Service Medals to members in recognition of a collective 762 years of service. 
Barry Edwards, Roland Lyons, Stewart Haynes and Ted Hubbard were all recognised for volunteering for more than 60 years.
