Well done to the MLVT RAFT crew

Summary

It’s been a busy few months for the MLVT Raft team with lots of deployments and taskings stretching from north west New South Wales, all the way down to the Victorian border, with plenty of stops in between.

This year has seen the team take on diverse roles working as RAFT and also assimilating into strike teams to give added capability. This has meant the team members have carried out tasks like, mapping, backburning, remote containment, tree felling and a myriad of other jobs. It has also meant that members have undertaken many hours on trucks and hoses carrying out property protection and firefighting duties, and working hard with plenty of mates along the way.
It’ll be hard to say where the team will pop up next?? but rest assured when we get five minutes we’ll let you all know.
