RFS in Elvis parade in Parkes

Summary
Parkes Headquarters participated in the Parkes Elvis Festival Parade in memory of Andrew O’Dwyer, Geoffrey Keaton, and Samuel McPaul and to all fellow firefighters who have sacrificed their lives in protecting and saving their communities, which is something all NSW Rural Fire Service members are so passionate about.
The brigade members are thinking of their families, their friends, their brigades Horsley Park Rural Fire Brigade and Morven Rural Fire Brigade) and their communities. The praise and thank you’s we received walking in unison down the Main Street is something that we will never forget. So surreal and so emotional. We thank you the public for the praise and support.
