Replacement Cat 1 Moorbel truck arrives

Summary

After two NSW Rural Fire Service tankers at Moorbel were destroyed by fire earlier this month, Canobolas Zone (NSWRFS) received offers of support from around the state.

Today, a Category 1 was delivered to Canobolas Zone Fire Control Centre by two members of Illawarra Support Brigade from Wollongong. This tanker has been loaned to Moorbel Rural Fire Brigade as an interim measure until their permanent replacements are received.
