Crash at Manildra under investigation

POLICE are investigating the circumstances surrounding a crash at Manildra.

At about 1.10pm on Sunday a blue Ford Falcon was travelling on Henry Parkes Way when it attempted to overtake a black Holden Commodore.

As a result the two cars collided and the Ford Falcon left the road, rolling a number of times.

Police from Canobolas Local area Command and emergency services attended the scene and commenced an investigation.

The passenger of the Falcon suffered serious injuries and was air lifted to Westmead Hospital.

Investigators are continuing with their inquiries.
