Deputy Captain Darryl Luck from Medowie Rural Fire Brigade has been training hard ahead of the 2014 Australasian Police & Emergency Services Games in a few weeks' time.

The event includes climbing more than 1200 stairs up the Rialto Tower in Melbourne wearing firefighting equipment.

Darryl has been competing in events like Tough Mudder and Spartan Race in the lead up to the stair climb in Melbourne.
